What is móhu?
Móhu is a little online shop filled with cute handmade things.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
What payment methods do you accept?
Móhu accepts payments through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still check out as a guest using your credit card.
How do I pay with a credit card?
After you've entered your shipping information, click on the 'Pay with PayPal' button. This will take you to a PayPal page, where there will be a space to enter your credit card information. Just follow the instructions on the page to complete the transaction.
How do I download a pattern that I bought?
After your payment is processed, you'll receive an automatic email with a link to download the pattern. Click on the link, then save the pdf file to your computer. You'll be able to download each pattern 3 times before the link expires, so be sure to save it somewhere safe. If your download link has expired, you'll need to send me a message so that I can give you a new link.
My download link isn't working
First make sure that your browser is up-to-date, and that your computer is able to read pdf files. If you're still having trouble downloading the pattern, send me a message so that I can help. I'll be able to email a copy of the pattern directly if all else fails.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world!
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be shipped within one week of payment, using normal airmail without a tracking number.
Shipping to Canada or the US usually takes 1-2 weeks.
International shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks for countries with strict customs.
If you'd like to upgrade to registered or express shipping, please contact me for a quote before placing your order.
What about customs fees?
Customs fees will depend on your own country's policies. If there are any fees, you will have to pay them on your end when your order arrives.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
Sometimes packages get lost or damaged in the post. If this happens, please contact me for a replacement.
When you place your order, please make sure the shipping address is correct. I can't replace lost orders if the wrong address was given.
What is your return / exchange policy?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, I can easily change it or issue a refund.
If your order has already been shipped, I still accept returns or exchanges. However, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. A refund for the item price will be given once the item has been returned in good condition.
Downloadable files can't be returned or exchanged, since they are digital.
Can you gift wrap my order?
I'm happy to gift-wrap your order! Just leave a note in the message to seller box when you check out. I can even add a little gift tag with a special message.
I'm allergic to wool - can you use acrylic yarn instead?
Yes! Just leave a request in the message box when you check out. The colour of the acrylic yarn may be slightly different, but I'll choose one that matches closely. You can contact me first if you have any questions.
Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are currently open! Use the contact form (or email) to send me a message describing what you're looking for. I'll get back to you with a quote and timeframe.
Please note that all photos, images, and designs remain the copyright of móhu's owner/creator. You are welcome to use the images on your blog or another website, as long as you link back to the page where you found them.
When you purchase a digital pattern, you're not buying the rights to the design.
Can I sell amigurumi made from móhu patterns?
If you'd like to sell your amigurumi creations, please contact me first. Permission will be given on a case by case basis. Just send a message letting me know how many you'd like to sell, and where.
